All labour work performed by MC Car Security is backed by a lifetime warranty where all major and minor faults are a result of defective hardware, materials or practices used. As we do supply and fit majority of products, we will repair or replace them in adherence with the manufacturers limited warranty, which is in addition to your Statutory Consumer Rights under the Australian Consumer Law. However if upon assessment of any product or materials supplied by us, has been found to be tampered with, mistreated or modified without our authorisation, we reserve the right to void your warranties and guarantees indefinitely. Only at our discretion will we offer to rework the fitting but this service will incur a fee for labour.

YOUR VEHICLE UNDER OUR CARE

We will always handle your vehicle with the utmost care and respect when it is on our premise. We strongly recommend that you remove all loose belongings from your vehicle prior to handing it over to us, and to also examine your vehicle upon arrival then again on completion of the job, to ensure it has not been damaged or mishandled in any way. We are not responsible for any missing items or damages once your vehicle has been returned to you. Although in the unlikely event that the evident damages are undeniably caused by mistreatment of your vehicle then we will discuss various options to compensate you and for the inconvenience caused but within reasonable circumstances.
